Order Process

1. Device Delivery: Device to be delivered via courier within 4-6 working days of receiving the order

2. Device Installation: After device delivery, team to contact the customer to schedule technician visit for installation

3. It may take upto 48-72 hours to align a technician as per location & availability

4. Installation Procedure: This device is installed beneath the car's dashboard by our trained technicians at your doorstep. 


Subscription Renewal:  Annual Renewal Charges of INR 1200 (incl. GST) would be applicable from 2nd year onwards.

Please Note

CarDekho Connected Cars features can be accessed on the CarDekho:Buy & Sell Cars app. User account will be created with the registered mobile number and the same can be used to access the real time updates of the car. 

Return & Refund Not applicable: The device once sold and dispatched, is not eligible for return or refund. 

Warrranty: Warranty is only applicable in case of manufacturing defect in device. If any physical tampering is found in the device, warranty will not be applicable. Also, if the device is installed or tampered by local mechanics, warranty will be void. 

Technician Visit: In case technician visit is required to inspect the device after 15 days of installation, visit charges (INR 590) will be applicable and payable in advance.
