F-TYPE 2013-2020 3.0 V6 S ವಿಮರ್ಶೆ
Jaguar Land Rover, the fully owned subsidiary of the Indian auto giant Tata Motor Group has introduced the all new Jaguar F Type sports car in Indian automobile market. This sports car gets an expensive price tag of Rs. 1.37 crore (ex showroom price Mumbai). This new sports car is available in two variants with petrol engine as standard. The Jaguar F Type 3.0 V6 S is one of the variants launched in the country and it is blessed with a 3.0-litre petrol engine. The company has unveiled this sports car at Paris Motors Show held in 2012 and now it has officially introduced it to the Indian sports car lovers. It is a significant move made by the British luxury car manufacturer JLR which will enhance the appeal for Jaguar Brand in the country. The all new Jaguar F Type sports car is packed with innovative features and designed with sophisticated technology that delivers greater levels of dynamic ability and control. This Jaguar F Type 3.0 V6 S is powered by a supercharged engine that delivers high performance and provides instant access to high levels of torque at all engine speed. On the other hand, this sports car is built on lightweight aluminum body platform that provides inherently stable performance and agile handling. This new sports car from JLR is set to compete with the likes of Audi R8, Lamborghini Gallardo and others in the car market.
Exteriors:
The all new Jaguar F Type V6 S trim has got the most sophisticated body design ever constructed on a lightweight aluminum platform that is strong and rigid. Also, its extremely sporty and aerodynamic body design makes it look very attractive, while enhancing its stability. To start with the front facade, this new sports car has got a very attractive frontage with a lot of premium elements. This convertible gets a smoked style head light cluster incorporated to the glossy finished body. While the head light cluster further gets turn indicators and LED daytime lamps in it as well. This F Type variant gets a body colored bumper with a large radiator grille, which is beautifully designed with a black colored horizontal slat and chrome outline. This grille is fitted with a stylish company logo on to it, which is accompanied by the “S” type badging. Its front sporty bumper further gets four air ducts, a small air dam and a chin guard at the bottom for better air intake and which gives this car an enhanced sporty look. The side profile is extremely sleek, which also has the elements inspired from previous E type sports car. This Jaguar F Type V6 S is offered with 19 inch propeller silver alloy wheels fitted to its neatly carved out wheel arches, which brings a brand new look to its side. In addition to this, body colored door handles and OVRMs with blinkers will compliment the body design as well. At the rear end, you can notice extremely slim and aggressively styled tail lamps fitted on to its curvy body. While centrally mounted twin exhaust pipes fitted at the bottom of the bumper. The rear profile is complimented by the extremely stylish Jaguar Logo fitted on top of the boot lid.
Interiors:
The interior cabin section of this sports car is extremely sporty with a lot of premium elements that makes it as the most stylish in its class. You need to step inside this F Type sports car to feel the experience like never before. The company is offering an option for the customer through which they can customize the interior section of this convertible sports car right from the seating upholstery to the environment color and several others. This powerful diesel mill can churn out a maximum 347.8bhp of peak power at 6500rpm and generates a maximum torque output of about 339Nm at 3500 to 5000rpm. The power of this petrol mill is transmitted to the rear wheel through an advanced Quickshift eight speed automatic transmission gearbox that ensures smooth and effortless driving. On the other hand, this high performance sports car has the ability to break 100 Kmph barrier in just about 4.9 seconds and reaches its maximum speed of about 275 Kmph, which is impressive. Amazingly, this sports car is the most fuel efficient in the segment with an ability to return 14.3 Kmpl of maximum mileage.
Braking and Handling:
Both the front and rear wheels of this Jaguar F Type V6 S convertible sports car are fitted with ventilated disc brakes with black calipers as standard. Its front disc is of 380mm while the rear disc comes with 325mm of size that works very effectively in all conditions. This braking mechanism is enhanced by sophisticated EBA and EBD technology.
