Good performance but high maintenance car

I am driving Chevrolet Beat LT from 2010. So far I have enjoyed driving the car but now as it has grown old, It is giving me one problem or the other. I am bound to go to a mechanic every second day and have stopped going to Chevrolet center as they charge hefty amount. The car is filled with technical problems where the car music system fails every 6 months because of some water leakage in AC blower. Some issue with power windows and dashboard lights are also being faced. Cars mileage is average but a little low in this segment. This was the top end model in petrol variant but it is not at all filled with any feature. This car does not even come with center locking and every time it is a pain to lock the doors. I am not sure how can they give a car without center locking and let user suffer. Engine wise the car is very good. I hardly faced any issue on engine side until recently when some leakage in a water pipe is identified and all of a sudden my car went crazy. Customers, who don't want the entire kit can opt for standalone accessories as well. Once my car starts, it sometimes emits a foul smell too. I opened up the engine bay lid and am hearing a continuous low volume sound (something like a water purifier ). I am wondering if there is something wrong with my car. Also recently I have had to make multiple trips to Sarjapur village near Bangalore and the road have large craters and speed bumps that scrape even without any passengers. Needless to say, my car has got scrapped multiple times and I fear if this has to do anything with the problem at hand. And the malfunction light should glow before starting the engine. In fact, all lights must glow before ignition to show you that they are working. It shouldn't come ON, stay ON or flash when the engine is running.
