Firstly,I clear that new Jazz is totally different from its predecessor.as we all know,old jazz was a lovely car,a bit ahead of that time .As every technology need an update like that old jazz also need a facelift,so honda has presented a new Jazz with a new ubiquitous 1.5 diesel engine which develops 100PS of power at 3600rpm and 200NM torque at 1750 rpm. New jazz looks more sportier and aggressive than before.This new car is wrapped with cuts and creases which make it look more spacious.but there is also absence of daytime running lights,start stop button and rear Ac vents like Elite I20 whereas paddle shifters and 354 litres boot space is 1st in segment. ARAI has certified efficiency of 27.5KMPL milleage in diesel variant and 18.7KMPL in petrol variant. The price ranges from 5-7 lakhs for petrol variant whereas 6-9 lakhs in diesel. Honda Jazz is unrivalled among the lot. Baleno is also a good car but waiting period of six months kill all the fun. jazz is also the most powerful in the segment and you can easily cruise on highways in tripple figures and these paddle shiffters make your drive a sportier one. I want to take up things which directly prove why i had given it four stars. Carmaker claims fuel efficiency of 18 KMPL that is not even close to the real figures. it hardly give a milleage of 15KMPL. Service cost of the car is too high for a middle class family because spare parts of the car cost very high but power and space of the car will definetely make you forget these sneers. Now it is time for judgement, Honda Jazz is a perfect hatchback for a middle family and being a driver, you will definitely love the drive. I hope you like my review.
