My search for a bigger car started in October 2017. I finally made up my mind to update my old Maruti Swift that served me for more than five years now. The cars that hit my list were Duster, Baleno, Safari and Mahindra TUV300. I started test driving with Duster, the car was perfect but seriously out of my budget. So, it got crossed out. Next came Baleno, I had a bad experience with Maruti cars as my Swift collided behind a Hyundai i10 at just 20kmph. The i10 had minor scratches on rear bumper but my car was messed up. Though it is an impressive package, it went out of my heart. Safari, on the other hand, pleased me much but had the same budget problem. Finally, I came across the TUV300 and test drive was done. I was very impressed with the factors like good road presence and drivability, good pick up, excellent thigh support and legroom. I booked the car instantly and the delivery was made around 3 weeks after the paperwork done. Driving the mammoth car on the roads is pure fun, its strong road presence makes me proud of my decision. The rugged SUV is relatively offered at a low price tag, making it a tempting offer for the buyers. Despite the tall height measured at 1839mm, the car maker has managed to keep its dimensions under 4-meter mark and that too without making the car look awkward. Interiors in the vehicle are one of the best in the business and in any of the other Mahindra product till date. Features included are 2-DIN infotainment unit with USB, AUX and Bluetooth connectivity, Voice messaging system and Driver Information system. There is a sufficient amount of storage spaces while the high driving position gives you the advantage of the road ahead. As it's a Mahindra vehicle, safety is always the top priority of the car maker. I got dual airbags and ABS which was more than sufficient for me. Overall, Mahindra TUV300 is the perfect choice for the people looking for power and design with an affordable price tag.
