I am Nissan Micra owner & by mistake took a foolish decision to Buy Nissan Terrano After spending 17 lac we got a chunk of oldest technology & poorest vehicle in SUV shape. Ride quality is Poor. I think Maruti Alto has better Ride quality. Within 4-5 days vehicle needs to send for quality check. Automatic door closure not works. After 22 upgradations if a vehicle comes at this level I am surprised what they are selling before. The vehicle does not compete with the other available models in this range. Also, Nissan does not listen to its customers at all. They always refer to the dealer which does not have the solutions for your problem. Even they don't have a technical team to resolve your basic problems. We bought the vehicle in NCR area & within 4-5 days the vehicle is giving problem When called the dealer they connect me to Sales Team Head who does not have clue about technical problems. Whenever write to Nissan Customer Care they again forward request to Dealer for resolution. No system at Nissan company Please, dont waste you hard earned money on this vehicle.
