    I was proud to own an i20 at the time of its introduction but gradually found that the mileage the dealer had promised as 18kmpl was just a tactic to sell the car.  Even after repeated services and fuel filter change, the mileage wasn't that.  The company, in fact, does not bother to resolve your grievances about it even though you yell against it.
