The spares are also not available.  In the normal case if this machine were to be launched either by Hyundai or Maruti, it would have been a clean winner.  With a great product, Fiat is struggling to make it a success and not getting the volumes speaks a lot about the image and the service.  The insensitivity to the customer is a thing which pulls them down despite a phenomenally engineered product. The plastic quality is another aspect where it is compromised and repeated mails are also not taken seriously.
