Toyota Kirloskar Motors has officially introduced the refurbished version of its premium sedan, Corolla Altis in India. This latest model is available in five petrol and four diesel variants among which, Toyota Corolla Altis D 4D GL is the top end variant. This trim is powered by an advanced 1.4-litre, D4-D diesel power plant that churns out a maximum power of 87.2bhp that yields in a peak torque output of about 205Nm, which is impressive. At the same time is can deliver a mileage in the range of 18.4 to 21.43 Kmpl, thanks to its 6-speed manual transmission gearbox. This trim has been equipped with sophisticated features to its exteriors and interiors as well, which includes a reverse parking camera, automatic LED headlamps, 8-way power adjustable driver's seat and several other such features. The car maker has also focused on the safety standards of this trim as a result of which, it gets crucial aspects like dual SRS front airbags, clutch start system, electro chromic inside rear view mirror and many other aspects. At present, the manufacturer is offering this latest trim with a 3-years or 100000 Kilometre warranty, which is an added advantage. This vehicle will be competing with the likes of Skoda Octavia, Chevrolet Cruze, Volkswagen Jetta and others in the luxury car segment.

This trim has breathtaking exteriors with a lot of trendy aspects. This trim comes with an aerodynamic body structure that is equipped with newly designed cosmetics. The car maker has made few changes to its exterior dimensions by reducing the height and increasing the overall length, which ultimately given it an aerodynamic stature. To start with the front profile, it has a wide air dam with three chrome plated strips that are embossed with a prominent company's insignia. It gets an aggressive eye shaped headlight cluster that is further equipped with powerful projector headlamps, turn indicators and LED daytime running lights .
