problem with chevorlets service

From the day I bought cruze I was very happy with its performance but from last 5 months the vehicle has been with Chevrolet service centre for 3 months. Chevorlets service is really pathetic.they have replied in a proper manner.I suggest everyone that if they are ready to get annoyed while getting your vehicle served, then only you should buy a Chevrolet car. just think if within 5 months your car is in the service center for 3 months, how will you feel.
