Dont ever think to purchaase FORD make cars..
Hello Friends, I am Harshad Desai from Rajkot, Gujarat.. PLEASE GO THROUGH BELOW MENTIONED ISSUE I AM FACING IN FORD MAKE CAR. Don't ever think to purchase FORD make cars.. I have purchased ford fiesta 2 years ago..The bottom body has leakage since the day of purchase. So I have sent my car to service centre (SEVERAL TIMES) to resolve the issue but it is not resolved by ford technicians ( as per the technician review it is company's fault - I AM HAVING VIDEO EVIDENCE OF THE SAME). At last I have to go through CONSUMER COURT due to extremly poor response of FORD. The case is on its final stage and also in my favour. Though I may win the case or not but I WASTED LOT OF TIME AND FACED THE ISSUES EVEN AFTER PAID ENOUGH FOR THE CAR. Purchase any other make cars TOYOTA, MARUTI SUZUKI, RENAULT, HONDA, HYUNDAI, CHEVROLET..... These all make cars will give you a better service (SPECIALLY AFTER SALE SERVICE). Please at least try to get my feedback before purchasing FORD MAKE CARs. Anybody can catch me on below contact details to review evidances..
