VW Polo TDI Owners And It Is Poor Car

I'm the owner of a 2018 model, 1.5 TDI Polo. It was my dream car. I purchased it from Gwalior Samarth VW. I faced its first problem after 3 months, Starter mother slipping problem a raised. And, it was in the warranty period. And, replaced the part, the first problem solved. And, the second problem started on 2020 Jan, which was an EGR valve complaint. And, this one also replaced under warranty, but my car was deposited exactly for one month in the service station. And now, exactly after completion of the third service. In the morning time, when I start the engine it is automatically cut off and I noticed the black smoke after starting the engine, and also engine coolant level in the reservoir is coming down daily. I don't know why this premium car from VW having these many problems.
