Air Filter Issues

It's an average car but I am not happy with the dust collection inside the car. The car has slow air control on both air-conditions. The space between the driver and the navigator is always filled with dust. Even the service centres can't clean the dirt. It is really surprising how dust can enter the vehicle when the windows and doors are closed all the time. It gives a mileage of 15kmpl generally and 10.5kmpl with AC.
