Awesome car...but the dealership is worst

I owned a Tata Tigor XM variant. It is a very nice car as smooth to drive. It gives comfort driving. It is so spacious. Value for money. Harman music system adds toppings to this car. Overall the car is good but the dealers are worst. The crew of the showroom doesn't know anything about the car. They don't know about the features available in a particular variant. After booking the car they will ignore our queries.
