Good car for travel. Lots of space but less mileage and safety and hard plastic is a big problem. Low maintanence cost but overall a good purchase for a big family.

I bought a new Ertiga 2021 model. The Projector headlamps are the worst, and it has the worst pick up in the high speed. Its engine is 1.5 litres. Its mileage is very poor on the highway and in the city as they mentioned 19kmpl, but I got 14kmpl at a speed of 80kmph. I suggest please don't buy Ertiga.

There is some serious issue with the Ertiga Hybrid model. My Ertiga (purchased in Mar 2019) was recalled and within 15 days, and less than 50 km drive, my battery was damaged. In respect of all specifications, The ERTIGA is super. But I think there is one improvement need that is wheel size. 16" wheel is appropriate instead of 15".

The Ertiga CNG is too pricey. 80k extra against Vxi variant. Whereas the CNG variant misses on the SHVS feature. Which Maruti has launched the CNG variant just fir the sake of launching / to meet corporate average fuel efficiency. Leg space is very less of the last row of the car. Knee touches the backside of the middle line of the seat. No free space is available for free movement of your body.

Its build quality is very poor. Car weight is very light, due to lightweight the car gets vibrate and feels out of control, tire size is also a matter, on the road this car doesn't feel heavy. A  feature is missing called cruise control.

This is not a good car. The features are not impressive. However, the engine is nice. 

It is a very good car in the segment. The safety features are amazing. It is a worthy car.

The engine is not good, 1248 cc is not sufficient as this is a big vehicle, especially when 7 persons are seated and AC is on. It really feels underpowered.

Interiors are good but the quality is not good as the quality of the first Ertiga exterior plastic are not good a small hit can make the hole part damage but in the first Ertiga, the exteriors were very much good and I love the first Ertiga.

India's No. 1 worst car is Ertiga petrol ZXI. Which is my life's biggest mistake it's giving only 10km per ltr avg. Maruti is lying about 19km per ltr. It's not true. I don't ever suggest anyone buy Maruti Ertiga. Shame on this vehicle.

Worst car ever and company too. They will always force you to change this and that in the car which is not even necessary.
