I own Ertiga 2021 AT petrol version (VXI model) purchased in December, and it has the worst mileage both in the city and on Highways. I traveled about 2500kms and got the mileage 7.50-8.50kmpl. I hereby request others to please check the mileage prior to buying. I had put up my issue on my first servicing. But it is the same story of low mileage.

Cng averages only 150 km in full Cng of 8 kg. Bought car on 10th July 2021, will wait for the first service, and watch if the increase in average. Good comfirt

After my car accident, every single part has become noisy and when I ask Maruti Suzuki employees they always say u need to change these parts. Service cost is too high.

I am riding this car since 2012 and I am satisfied with this car as this car's service cost and the driving experience is superb it's a good family car no member of a family will feel uncomfortable but there is only one complain the boot space is too small I have done a lot of long tours with this car and never faced a problem and once my car was having some problem in its engine but Maruti I salute their roadside assistance within 15 minutes my car was picked up from the road and was given back to me within 3 days and best of the car is its mileage
