Good basic family car but expect a little safety for the family, and even after-sale service can be better than previous and hope that Maruti makes a better product for this very traditional and old friend of Maruti better than this and makes the new platform on which it is making the cars safe.

It is a value-for-money car. Mileage is good and nice comfort & features. Only required yearly service without any additional maintenance.

Dealer service expensive & poor. Insurance services are also not satisfactory.

I have purchased a new wagonr top model on 26 Aug 2020 from Koran motors Motera. I feel clutch problems in the starting. Gear shifting is tight and noisy, some time reverse gear is not in function. During the first servicing, I notified the same to service agent still the problem is the same. I check a lot of new wagonr for the check. That is OK.

The maintenance cost is high and the service is very poor. Maruti should launch a car with minimum maintainable criteria. Maruti is concerned with its buyers but the mechanics and other staff at the service station are corrupted.

I think the Wagon R is the best small car for city traffic with the best in class space and comfort for 4 people. It's inconvenient for 5 Maximum. Performance is good it can go 110 on smooth. The Parts of Wagnor is easily available in the market. Also, the service is affordable around 3k to 4k Mileage is 15 KM/Litre.
