Terrible After Sale Service.
I have given my Kia Seltos vehicle for repairs and service in Gatchibowli service center, Hyderabad on 20th October 2020. They delivered the vehicle after 10 days with partial work done. I didn't accept the vehicle and send back for a complete job. Even after 25 days, the vehicle is not delivered back to us nor I got any communication from the service center. There is absolutely no responsibility or no commitment to the customer's care from the Kia service center. After-sales service is so bad and I regret buying the top-end model of 7 DTC cost Me more than 20 lakhs. But the service is so bad even after 25 days of no communication from them. I have given them an offer of please take back my vehicle and give me whatever money they can give. I regret buying the Kia Seltos with my hard-earned money.
