Dzire AGS/AMT Car Issue
I would like to request all potential car buyers not to purchase AMT or AGS cars from Maruti Suzuki. One of the major drawbacks of AGS is its inability to handle hilly bumper-to-bumper traffic. After a few minutes of driving on hilly roads with frequent starts and stops, it triggers the transaxle warning light. This indicates that the auto gear shift clutch assembly temperature is overheating, forcing you to pull over and let the car cool down. This can be a nightmare for drivers. I'm sharing my experience as an owner of a Dzire AGS. I suggest that you try a test drive on a steep, hilly road with the car in stop-and-go traffic conditions for at least 10-15 minutes. Please think twice before investing your hard-earned money in AMT/AGS cars.
