Bulky suv with excellent ride quality and comfort.

It is a very excellent SUV with 7 seats. It is a bulky car and very broad. It is 4585 mm in length, 1890 mm in width, 2700 mm wheelbase and 1785 mm in height. Seats are very comfortable and have a good cushion in them. You will not get tired even after a long journey. The first and second row is mind-blowing in terms of comfort. Third-row seats are good but legroom is very small, someone who's height is more than 5 feet will have trouble on a long journey in the third row. AC of this car is placed near doors to avoid hump in between the second row. The floor panel is almost flat. Throw of air from AC is excellent. You get a sunroof in top version. The dashboard is a mixed bag. The infotainment system is not good at all. It is not visible in tight sunlight and it is loaded with buttons which is very outdated. Boot space of this car is very bad when the third row is up i.e. 93 liters only. However, it is a very practical place to be in as there are lots of utility places. You can keep your 1-liter water bottle and other stuff very easily. Steering is light enough for such a big car. The suspension is brilliant and it can soak big humps easily. Feedback from the gearbox is decent. Seats are electrically adjustable. It comes with a 2.2 L 4-cylinder diesel engine and one petrol automatic engine. It develops about 155 bhp. It will give you a mileage of about 14 kmpl on highway and 12 kmpl in city. This car will not wave on high speeds as its balancing is excellent. So, if your budget is 13-20 lakh rupees and searching for 7 seater SUV than Xuv 5oo is a great choice. However keep in mind about its negative i.e. third row is tight, the boot is small and infotainment system is outdated.
