Very bad brakes and seating capacity is not good, especially front seats. It has very ugly design.

Purchased new Baleno Delta. In aesthetic & cabin space no match with other cars in the same segment but the suspension is very poor. Safety also concerns due to the very thin metal body.

Very poor body quality. Vibrates during off road, also plastic quality is not up to the mark. Hope next version will be more updated.

Look and design is very good but safety is not such as other cars and unsatisfied service is provided by the service center. Overall, the car is very dashing in design and feature but service is given by service center and body shop service center is not impressive & unsatisfied.

I have purchased a new Baleno Delta model on November 2019. Now on 9th January 2021 just after 1 year found a various problem like a major issue on the steering pipe. Occurring some disturbing sound from steering pipe like an old car. And other issues also. My experience is very much bad against Baleno car. Performance is very poor

Baleno Zeta Petrol (Push-button Start) Safety and security are so worst that My car was stolen just after 1 month of purchase. It was stolen in just 2 minutes without even breaking the glass. In Push-button start you don't have the actual key.

Built quality is very bad. The Interior was made of very cheap quality material but the mileage of the car is great.
