When you drive YARIS, you can see years of tireless efforts by Japanese engineers and technicians, from every small component in the car. Yaris' Engine is simply awesome. If you try and compare with cheap Korean cars like Verna or CIAZ, it is a waste of time. Honda City - Yes, definitely unbeatable styling! But Honda is not offering good service, a cause of worry, but otherwise another close rival to Yaris. Toyota's after-sales/service support is legendary and next to none and unparalleled. I bought Yaris in Aug 2018, and its been close to 8 months now that i have been driving this beautiful machine, for approx 10K Kms. if you are looking for a great car, with nice interiors and overall performance, plus great customer service, then Toyota is the brand. And if you are looking at a car which gives nice comfort, decent mileage, and pleasure drive, go for Yaris. I get a mileage of 20 km/l on petrol on highways (I have reached 25 as well), in packed city traffic, expect 12-14 km/l on petrol. (Yaris currently has petrol version only). Interiors of the car are beautifully crafted, the roof top A/c and blue light for the rear seat is something that differentiates it from others. Enough space to store, enough space for 5 to ride, large boot. Stylish headlamps and very stylish music console. I picked up Yaris after having tested many others in a similar segment, even smaller SUVs, and did a lot of practical + online research, and finally concluded on my pick. And I have no regrets.

Last year May 2018, I decided to sell my hatchback which I feel not safe for the long journey from my place of work to my native place. Further, I want to be more ease while driving in the city, preferably Vehicle with an automatic, (CVT) having mileage. Hence I have searched for some compact SUV or sedan. I have fixed my budget as Rs.11.50 lakhs. I have searched Car Dekho app for various compact SUVs. My first choice was Ford Ecosport, but automatic of the said vehicle was not having mileage and I understand that manual of that vehicle is more good. Hence I searched for other vehicles such as Hyundai Creta, Honda BRV etc. But those vehicles are beyond my budget and not having enough airbags in the rear seat to make them safe vehicles. Then my attention turned to Honda City but it?s CVT version starts from 13.80 lakhs which is beyond my budget. I have test driven city also. Ultimately, I visited TOYOTA showroom and I could purchase my YARIS J. CVT model for Rs.11.27 lakhs only. It is the smoothest sedan with CVT automatic great box and all variants have 7 airbags and ABS with EBD. ARAI certified mileage is 17.8 km/l and in the city, I am getting 14.8 km/l and long travel fuel efficiency goes up to 18 km/l. It is a practical sedan and low maintenance ( only Rs3500 as service cost). It's a perfectly practical family sedan with a refined engine and easy driveability. Hence CVT model of YARIS is the best available option if you want to enjoy an automatic mid-size sedan. Just go for it!!!

Toyota Yaris is a nice and comfortable car, Toyota gives great services to its customers as well.

I purchased the Toyota Yaris in September 2018. It's my big mistake. AC cooling in j model is very bad. You feel like sweating in the rear seat. Toyota customer care had checked and said, sir, it's ok it's as per our standard. Toyota service centre person said it's genuine problem we understand but nothing in our hand. previously I was a genuine customer of Toyota.

Buying experience good, earlier I was having Etios (D), Back seats were comfortable, but in Yaris seats are not at all comfortable, more so in the back., mileage is 13km on highway, in city 9 to 10 km/l, pick up good, service is good not yet reached 5000km. interiors good,
