  Pickup is good , no complaint about that. But the glove box in the middle of the console just above the interactive screen should have made matted so that it doesn't blind the driver due to Sun's reflection. Its latch is not user-friendly as it needs special training to shut it.   Mileage is not up to the desired level especially in the city ,Mahindra could improve it further.    Best Features- Looks and styling.    Needs to improve : Helpline is quite a shame , nobody ever comes to your rescue -I had a front flat tyre on a downward slope in Shimla on the 15th June, tried calling the helpline who in turn directed me to local workshop in Shimla who gave all sort of alibies not to come especially in a situation where the vehicle has had a front flat -U know difficult it is to jack up the vehicle and then open the wheel which has been tightened by the company, it really needs an electric spanner to open it being so hard and heavy.  Overall Experience---This is the third time since I bought it in Dec the vehicle's doors have started rattling as the mounting of the Hinges have become loose( first time in the history of automobiles one has heard that. Yesterday at Sri Durga( Moti Nagar, Delhi) fixed it but to my horror, by the evening I noticed that while tightening the mounting they disturbed the alignment of the Driver side front door and as a result, it is scratching the door frame (while closing it ). Such an old company in Automobiles and such fundamental faults and pathetic service. I don't know how many times it will be required to sent to the workshop for this problem. Today again I have sent it. Brakes skidding is perennial and omnipresent. Whenever one applies brakes at speeds higher than 40kmph one is not confident about the efficiency of the brakes as they skid and make a dragging sound. Despite almost every XUV owner complaining about it the Company has chosen to look the other way and the dealers keep showing you a lollipop of a solution being worked out -are they waiting for some fatalities to happen, when  will recall the vehicles to fix this problem. So folks consider all these facts before going in for a purchase of this vehicle!
