Look & style - The car is offering Vista type appearance, looks more like a taxi car. Comfort - When it comes to comfort, the car is quite comfortable but the switches are not placed properly, which Tata engineers should look into. The car offers nice pickup, hence good to be driven in city traffic. Mileage - When we talk about the mileage, the car is not up to the mark. Best Feature - The best part about this car is its inbuilt music system. Improvement needed - Tata engineers need to put the switches at proper place where the driver can operate them easily. They should take a lesson from Maruti about the same matter. Even the dealers of Tata motors do not respond properly to the customers. They really don't know how to behave with the customers or may be the potential customers. These people think everyone as a Taxi owner which is quite unfair. Overall experience - Really a bad experience with the dealer, they are required learn to how to behave properly.
