    Its A Very Eco Friendly In Terms Of Mileage

    Practicality Redefined For The Price

    Have been driving the Wagon R LXI since 2012 and yet have never felt it growing old and lethargic. Though the design feels a bit old fashioned and outdated as now yet it is a practical place to be in as it does provide low maintenance cost, superb mileage and great comforts (for a family of 4) at a price of 4 lakhs.     Cost Effective But Not The Best

    Wagon R is comfortable car for a small family. I liked beige color. Cooling of the vehicle is good. When running with CNG its very economic around 17 Km per KG in the city and 24-25 KM per KG on the highway, but on Petrol its costly as average is around 12-13 Kmpl in the City and on Highway 15 Kmpl.     The Wagon R, which is around for almost 17 Years has made a benchmark in High roof hatchback. It is still one of the best first cars/hatchbacks available in the sub 5 lakh segment.     I bought a new VXI model on this independence day. This is my first car so I can't compare this car with the others. The riding & handling quality of the car is better.     What I like: AC, the same successful formula as old Wagon R, but now improved AC. A practical value-for-money package . Better road manners, especially urban ride quality is improved.     Good Car, Good Service By Maruti, Very Good Average

    My car has done more than 19000 km. The car's engine is flawless. It returns a good fuel economy. The service by Maruti is not the best but it is decent. The car meets the basic safety requirement. It has dual airbags, ABS and EBD. The interior of the car is also up to mark. Spending long hours in the cabin is not a problem at all.     Wagon R is good to drive but pick is no up to the mark

    Look and Style: both these aspects are good. Comfort: comfortable. Pickup: not up to the mark. this one area is where Wagon R is lingering behind. Mileage: 17 kmpl.     No more a value for money, rather go for Hyundai or Honda make

    I would strongly suggest not to buy the new Maruti Wagon R. I bought it in Diwali 2013, and in just about slightly more than a month, the window glasses started making noise.
