Worst Car In History
I am having Renault KWID 2017 model. Its the worst car ever made in history. The body is so weak that if you press the bonnet slightly a dent will appear instantly. If it rains and your car is not covered then the water will enter the car's cabin. Service cost is very high as if you are riding an Audi or Mercedes or BMW. Pathetic Service Centre
Poor service centre. Re-painted the roof and left rear door (cost aprox. Rs 21000) due to severe natural calamities but they (service center) dint bothered to work decently. When comes in contact with rain, the roof paint color swells up.

Not good very bad car
Very bad company very bad service behavior is very down please don't purchase Kwid. Kwid spare parts are not available easily. AC is very poor and pickup is very low.

Pathetic car only fit for mileage
I purchased KWID after going through the fuel mileage of 21kmpl for petrol. The best in the segment. Unfortunately, little did I know about the after sales nightmare I had to undergo every time my vehicle went for service. Kun Renault provides a hopeless and pathetic aftersales service. Tough to Drive
My vehicle is 800CC. It has complete pickup problem & very hard drive on ghat road. In the traffic if vehicle stopped, it won't get into movement easily. Very tough to get speed up. Long drive is a problem. MEMBI MOTORS Service Center also irresponsible staff. No intime & proper service. GPRS doesn't show.

Nice car but some issue are really irratating.
Nice car but bonate sound engine sound, and running speed is really slow I go with alto is better than Renault kwid. In my opinion, this car is really poor items or bad quality plastics used, the bumper is really so soft that's why u can't repair it. only buy new bumper. Renault guarantee, service charge is low but in the meantime, this is not true...ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಓದು

One of the worst car
It is one of the worst cars in the market... I am using it since 2 years...after 2 months only noise started from the engine... gone to the service center and they said it is normal in this car...... very poor milage 10.5kmpl... no proper visibility from headlights....there is an alert option if the door is open but it doesn't work from day one... ...ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಓದು

Poor service when need spare parts
Total poor service when any spare parts required then cannot sell outside total harassment I want some gearbox material but showroom staff cannot help for that my car and showroom distance is 50 km and towing charge is 3500 how I can manage.

Ok car but after sales services poor
Car may be good but the services are very poor. I have KWID. Renault's after sales services are extremely poor. I have personal experience at workshops while getting the car serviced or for any other work.

This Car Is A Waste Of Money
Not a good car. So much cabin noise. Ground clearance is good but that's for one person if there are 5 people in the car then ground clearance will be around 170. They used cheap cabin plastics. I don't advise anyone to buy Kwid, especially in Himachal. This car is a waste of money. No good service center in Himachal.

Renault KWID
Renault KWID has a lack of power, much noisy engine and I had a very bad experience when my KWID met with an accident. Renault is very bad in terms of services, in the service center their Mechanics were not able to repair my car properly moreover they have not repaired my car on time.

Renault KWID has some of the positive features like a stylish look with a good boot space but it has some of the negative features as well like it started getting weird sound while closing the rear and front door. KWID is not good
Could be ok but not dependable although looks good in blue colour but body material is of low quality, the engine is 1000cc, so I think Hyundai and Suzuki could be better choices in the same range, in Kashmir service of Renault are also not dependable.

Very Bad Service

Disappointed with the quality
Very poor quality parts used in all models. My personal experience after around 8000km usage is 1. Accelerator pad changed twice 2. Alternator stopped working automatically 3. Silencer changed twice..(can't understand how a petrol version cause silencer problem so frequently) 4.multiple visits on service centre for various reasons. It's a pathetic ...ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಓದು

Rusty silencer, 22000 km, not covered in warranty
I am the owner of Kwid RXT (O) since October 2015, I have a very bad experience with the car quality, it's too much noisy, mileage is almost 15 km per litre. Money waste
I have already purchased Renault Kwid Rxt.1.0 (2016). Negative Points 1. Engine Noise, 2. No internally adjustable Orvm's, 3. Single Wiper, 4. No Seatbelt warning function even in top-end variant, 5. Buy and bring headache free
Very high nvh level and poor brakes with body rattle. I have driven my car for 1200km only but I found the driver side door is emitting a peculiar noise. When I told the service center mechanic about it, he tried to rectify it but to no avail. Gear shift is mushy and sometimes fails to engage the reverse gear. Wastage of money
I got Renault kwid top model in the 1st week of March 2018. I found problems like 1. Noisy cabin 2. Gear shifting not smooth 3. Ignition automatic off when running slow in town. 4. I Bought kwid in 2016. Approx 23000km Drive this car till now. Front sockers changed at 20000kms.This car performance is ZERO. Totally wastage of money. AC is BAKWAS.
