One of the worst services from the Bimal service center. I had issue of some warning messages for engine and ESP.. which no maruti service centre can check and resolve from 1 year almost. Now I am in a situation where I can't take my car to any where. Peenya regional managers are informing me that they can't identify the issue and return the car back to showroom... and in showroom asking me contact service centre.

I bought 2024 baleno sigma base varient and I am writing this review after 1 month of purchase, I wanted to go for swift initially but bought baleno because of the offers from Nexa, the Car is VFM definitely, it's the Only 4 Cylinder 1.2L Engine in its segment under 7 lakhs with better torque and power than many Compact SUVs, and refinement and smooth driving is what gives Baleno edge over swift with hardly 20,000 price difference, it's giving a mileage of around 21kmpl with Ac for me, in Highways you can expect 24 depends on your driving, service cost is around 9K per service but I bought Service Package for 8K and hence I get 4 free service in 2 years, and you can buy the base varient and add accessories to make it look like top model, because the exterior is almost same with body color bumpers and grills, the showroom gave me 1.15lakh worth free accessories at Base Model's onroad price in Karnataka It Costed 8.5Lakh onroad including extended warranty, Service Package and Basic Accessories kit. I got Free Diamond Cut Alloys, Premium Fog Lamps, 9 Inch Touch Screen with all features, Reverse Cam, 4 Speakers, Door Guards, Chrome Door Handles, Door visors, Front grill and Boot Chrome garnishes, Seat Covers, Steering Covers, Floor mats, Mudflaps, Tissue box, Perfume, Cleaning Kit, Car Cover etc It comes with Projector headlamp in the base itself, and all safety feature ABS+EBD+Central Locking+Brake assist+Hill Hold+ESC in base varient itself. I would say it's the best value for money car. Only drawback is 2 airbags instead 6 which comes in swift and no safety rating given yet.

Milege is best in segment,features loaded .Cluch is very smooth with balanced driving dynamics.maintaince cost is low.Maruti is known for good after sales service and good fuel economy but safety is okay okay.

Pros: My Relative Owned Maruti Baleno Zeta Variant 2022 model And According to look wise Personally I like The car and And I drive too much and recently completed my long trip to Nepal And I continuous drive for 7hrs without any stress thanks to Maruti Baleno for it's comfortable seats and chilled Ac Overall Performance is also tooo good and all know maruti engine is one of the most reliable engine & After sales service is also too good Car having a good boot space . It gives a sufficient torque to climb in hilly areas easily. On highways car easily give mileage of 22-24 kmpl while cruising on 80km/hr In City easily give mileage of 20-21 kmpl It is perfect family car Cons: I found only one thing negative that it's Built Quality & safety If Maruti Improves the built quality so I Suggest Go for ahead for Baleno bcz it is perfect family car

I own Baleno Zeta AGS, it's very light on the pocket. you can get mileage of 25kmpl on the highway if you cruze on 80kmph if you are cruising on 100kmph you may get 22kmpl. I am thrilled with the quality of service that Maruti offers. Service cost after 10000kms was 4495 Rupees.

Good looking car with great milage and space for long rides. Offers good features like wireless Android auto, apple car play ,connected car features with geofencing and tracking , Electrically adjustable orvms , 6 way adjustable driver seat , telescopic and height adjustable steering wheel, push start button, request sensors on both front doors and boot door. Safety features like abs, 6 airbags , seat belt reminder for front row seats also included in car. Service and parts availability of maruti Suzuki is just fabulous.
