So far, my experience with the petrol AX7L automatic is mixed. I’m getting a mileage of 10.1 km/l in mostly bumper-to-bumper traffic, despite driving with a light foot. The comfort level is high, with a superb ride quality and good suspension, though the seats could be improved. The power of the vehicle is impressive, which has really stood out for me. However, the fit and finish are just okay, and some buttons, especially the sunroof control, are unreliable. The engine is surprisingly quiet, thanks to good insulation, unless it’s overrevved. The boot space is on the smaller side but still manageable. The Harman Kardon music system is a pleasant surprise; despite the small speaker size, the sound quality is impressive. The ADAS features generally perform well, but the headlights are subpar. Overall, it’s a good car to consider, with notable strengths and a few areas for improvement.
