Issu ಇಎಸ್‌ Occuring Very Often

A few weeks ago, I and my family were in Tata Punch when it suddenly started slowing down and showed a red lock kind of symbol. As soon as we got to our house, we called the 24/7 service centre and told them about the problem. They came to pick our car up at our house, we asked them what the problem was to which they replied that it was a ''software'' issue. Today, this problem happened again and we called the 24/7 service centre complaining that it had only been 13 days and the same problem was happening. When we first bought the car, the passenger side seat door was very hard to close. We asked them if we could exchange the car as it was having too many problems..it was either that the service wasn't good enough or it was the car's problem. I'd personally say this was not expected from a car that had such a good rating. It had only been 11 months and the car was facing these problems.
