It is surprising that the automatic verisons of the 1.0 and 1.5 TSI are really fuel efficien with both nearly have 18.7 kmpl but Virtus needed to have the idle stop start for the 1.0 version. My family have both Verna and Virtus. The Virtus is high in performance and the interior and exterior both are super cool in this sedan. The sound system is mind blowing and mileage is also great but for the comfort Verna is better. It gives me around 18 to 20 kmpl of mileage which is good enough and the safety is up to the mark.
